Most box gutters sit snugly behind parapet walls, out of sight and out of mind, but this one projected out from the side of the building and there was no concealing the state of decay. The entire gutter of this mansion house had to be stripped away and rebuilt. Quite sensibly the client didn't want to bear the cost of scaffolding around the entire building and so using a seven meter run of scaffold we leapfrogged around the building, striking and rebuilding the scaffold several times.
